Giving Tuesday Wrap Up and Year End Donations

On December 3, Giving Tuesday 2024, twenty-three (23) thoughtful donors contributed $6,350 to support at-risk children in our community. Our heartfelt thanks for giving hope, stability and support to children who face unimaginable challenges. The kids didn’t create the problem, yet they are caught up in a system that struggles to keep them safe and healthy. 

Thanks to our twenty-three donors, CASA community counselors will support three vulnerable children for the next year. By giving voice to their needs in court and with social service organizations, CASA kids can begin healing from their trauma and no longer face maltreatment.  

While Giving Tuesday has passed, there’s still time to be a champion for children who are desperate for one. Someone who will check in on their wellbeing, be a listening ear and provide life-changing recommendations to the judge to make sure kids’ needs are met.
